I was reading an article the other day on digg, and it had a link to "Microsoft: The Next 25 Years." I read it and it was hilarious! It is kind of old (2000), but still funny. I will post it below so you don't have to go link clicking.

If you read the previous post from me about IM2, I said I would try it and get the review. Well, sorry folks, cause it isn't good enough for my reviewing pleasure.

The other day I downloaded IM2, trying to get my other e-mail address to work. Well, it didn't work, so I tried it on my other one. The format is cluttered and I didn't know what to do a lot of times. I couldn't put in my contacts all at once, I had to one at a time, so I quit it, and downloaded another one...a few other ones.

I looked under my dashboard today and saw that you can now send pics with some text to blogger through your mobile phone! I have been trying to get textamerica, but it isn't working right. This could be what I am wanting! I also found out I have to pay a monthly fee to send pictures!!! How stupid! Oh well, I will hopefully have some cool pics up, and I might make another site for them since this one might get cluttered up.

I was reading digg (this is the best news site I have ever used!) and saw a peculiar article. It stated that a boy was called from his military mother in Iraq. He answered from his cell-phone and wanted to talk to her from school. Apparently, school officials weren't so happy! He is suspended for it! Come on, this really gives your school a good name! Not letting a poor kid call his mother before mothers day when she has been stationed in Iraq for a year!

Xbox 360 - Details galore!

I was searching on www.digg.com and found a lot of Xbox 360 stuff has been leaked. Apparently, MTV has leaked a whole lot of stuff.

First, the launch date. It will be in November! A detail of the MTV Xbox 360 showing on MTVs site said it would show off some of the games to come out this November! A month after my B-day (it was rumored to be either October or November), but maybe I'll get a pre-order!

Next, the pics. Above is the pic of the new stuff. Sitting vertical is the new Xbox itself, and below are the controller, an Eye-Toy like device, and a headset on the little dummy. I like the white design, but hope some green comes with it in the final version. Also, I dont like mine standing vertical like that, so hopefully it will allow it.

Another pic (above) is of the controller. it has the new logo in the middle, black and white buttons are gone, and the start and back buttons are at the top. At the bottom is a jack for something, but I think it is for the battery, since the controllers are supposed to be wireless. I can't see the shoulder buttons, but I can count on there being 4 of them.

The next pic (above) is the new Xbox logo. Circualr, White, with cut out green X. I wasn't that shocked and surprised like I had hoped, but oh well. The pic below is the new DVD controller (please be intigrated, without paying another $30) It's ok I guess, but just a controller like a DVD player.

Do you like Instant messaging, but have friends in AOL and family in MSN and even your whole freakin clan in an IRC chatroom? Well, you probably need IM2!!!

Instant Messenger 2 is the new way to get across to all your friends! AOL? Check. ICQ? Check. MSN? Check. IRC, Yahoo, and Mobile Devices? Triple check! Talk to all your friends regardless of their program! The only thing it doesn't have is XFire (www.xfire.com) and I need my gaming people!

I haven't downloaded it yet, being short on time, but the screenshots look pretty. Skins are layed out and more glossy than my MSN. It was putting a lot of emphasis on security, but I don't care a whole lot about that anyway.

Wait for a full review, once I download it!

Hey all! I went to dealtaker.com and found a site. This is a website builder, but one of the most interesting and fun website builders I've ever played with...err...made a website with.

It is gogofrog.com

Go go there and look at the sample site to see what I mean! I made a gallery with it, and it is really nice, but one wall always has to be an advertisement for gogofrog, but whatever! The only problem I had was that don't know what the URL of my site was!!! How am I supposed to know what my address is! I am going to search it on google.

Mercenaries Review

Alright, I am halfway done with Mercenaries and decided to bring it back today. I am giving my review below. This is a review to show you all how I do it also.

Graphics: -Under graphics I look at animations, loadtimes, character portrayal, environments, art direction, and other things in that area-
I really liked how the graphics are portrayed in this game. It looks dark and gritty. The game is made for explosions, and the explosions are mostly executed nicely! (Put C4 on the road, drive towards it, jump out, and right when the car rolls over the C4, fire it!) I didn't like when people or items disappeared though. Sometimes you are riding in a tank and you go over things, this really weird animation shows, like you are doing a wheelie. Animations are wonderful, but it shows the same ones every time for the certain things you do. I give graphics a 4 out of 5.

Sound: -Sound will never have a big part, because for me it is hard to tell, but I look at voice acting, background music, and game sounds. This section is usually not included in overall score-
Has great orchestral score, voice acting is great. Explosions sound awesome.

Gameplay: -Gameplay is mostly the fun factor. Different types of games will be judged differently. Since this is open environment, mission based I look for longevity (I do not always finish games though, but I know how long this one is) This is a shooter, so I want online. It has vehicles so I'm going to look at those-
The gameplay in this was awesome! It is open ended, and mission based. I have heard this game described as Grand Theft Auto in war, and those people are exactly right. This game has vehicles, has main missions and side missions, has , and has people chasing after you (but not police) You are set in North Korea as a freelance mercenary type. You have factions, and you need to choose different factions for missions. North Koreans always you. I chose the Allies (Go USA), the Russian Mafia (they own the shop, if they you, no buying stuff) and bribed South Korean guards when I needed the missions. The Chinese are hard to bribe since I die every time I get near their base... Your mission is to capture 52 different bounties, but really you only need 2 or 3 in a group to go on. The is well made and it is the best 3rd person I have ever played! But, this was driven down by no multi-player! I know they were trying for more of the open-ended stuff, but I would've loved to kill people online! The vehicle driving is very loose. It will definently not be a racing game anytime soon! I did get used to it after a while, but still wished it was faster. After playing it a while, I found myself looking at the map less often because they send you through the same areas almost every mission for certain factions! I went though the same path, but the objective was a little bit farther down on each one! If it was more wide-spread I would have felt big environment and not "Left, straight, turn right". Looking at the map wouldn't have been a problem for me! Since it did this I got the repetitive blues. It will keep you occupied a long time if you can handle not getting bored after a while. It has stuff where you can play Han Solo and Indiana Jones as unlockable characters! And capturing all 52 bounties will be challenging. I give gameplay a 4 out of 5.

Overall: -This is where I put the overall score, and stuff they caused it to get that score-
I will give Mercenaries (by Lucasarts, the best in the world) a 4 out of 5. This is from the lack of multiplayer, and repetetiveness.
